As with humans, there are many types of bone cancer that affect dogs. The most common bone cancer found in dogs is osteosarcoma. Rottweilers are particularly prone to this type of bone cancer which is highly malignant. Storm lost his fight against bone cancer, January 2010, just before his 11th birthday.
